Aramark Led with Innovation and Technology
In 2024, we were proud to launch Hospitality IQ, a hub for Aramark’s artificial intelligence (AI)-powered business applications. Yearlong, we continue to utilize AI and innovative technology to enhance the guest experience. Some highlights include:
- Launching a telehealth program to digitally connect hospital inpatients with clinical nutrition services
- Opening automated stores at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, Huntington Bank Field, and LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
- Deploying autonomous floor cleaning robots across Aramark’s lines of business
