Application Process
The internship application process consists of completing your internship application and ranking your internship location choices in DICAS. An optional step is to complete your graduate program application if you do not already have your master’s degree. Application Fee
The internship application fee is one payment regardless of the number of rotation sites you select. One fee for endless possibilities for your internship home! Your application fee of $65 is an electronic payment using your debit or credit card.
Video Interview
Our program requires a recorded video interview as part of your application. Your video should be five minutes or less and address all interview questions. Once completed, you should upload your video to a sharing site. The video share link should be added to the bottom of your personal statement for our directors to view. Our directors should be able to access your video without using a password. Accepting the Offer
Applicants will be sent an email offering internship placement. With both early and regular decisions, you will need to reply to the email with written confirmation to officially accept the offer.
Rolling Admission Process
In the event slots are still open after the March 15 applicant decision deadline, the Aramark Dietetic Internship will open the availability in DICAS to take additional applications. Interns will then be accepted into the program on a rolling admission basis until the DICAS portal closes for the year. Applications should meet the internship criteria with a recorded interview link attached. DICAS will be closed when all positions are filled.
