Waste, Climate, and Circularity
We minimize waste through prevention, recovery, and recycling. Optimized procedures and food management practices accompany strategic partnerships and collaborative dialogue to avoid waste across our operations.
We aim to reduce emissions and risk through innovation and efficiency. Our ambitious climate strategy features responsible actions to work towards achieving our Science Based Target initiative (SBTi)-validated near-term and net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets.
We limit single use through replacement, reuse, and redesign. We frame our efforts around the Zero Waste International Alliance (ZWIA) Zero Waste Hierarchy while developing partnerships to promote the delivery of a more circular economy.

Training and partnerships
Aramark creates innovative sustainability training and information resources to engage our people. We develop training tools for a range of audiences and experience levels to best connect with our on-site teams and customers.
