It sums up our dedication to support and grow our communities, promote our talented workforce, and protect our planet, while continuously strengthening the core foundation and long-term value proposition of our business.
Be Well. Do Well. articulates our purpose and directly connects to Aramark’s mission: Because we are rooted in service, we do great things for our people, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
Our Strategy
Be Well. Do Well. drives our sustainability journey by empowering our people, protecting our planet, and upholding the principles that guide us.
We champion a hospitality culture that welcomes, values, and serves all. We partner with clients, guests, and suppliers to protect our natural environment. We do everything with integrity.
Together, these pillars drive us to create positive change—ensuring that doing good for the world is at the heart of doing well as a business.
Three priorities support each pillar, guiding Aramark’s sustainability efforts across the organization.

Principles
Ethics. Governance. Responsible Sourcing.
Our commitment to sustainability begins with integrity, doing the right thing, always. We are committed to conducting business according to the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the law. Our Business Conduct Policy (BCP) details our commitment to operating ethically and transparently. It explains the basic rules and Principles that apply to every Aramark team member.
As a company committed to operating ethically and with integrity, we have high standards for our suppliers. Aramark’s Responsible Sourcing approach sets clear expectations for our suppliers and promotes sustainable, ethical, and inclusive practices across our global organization.
