In this episode of Mark This!, Citizens Bank Park General Manager Kevin Tedesco, Executive Chef Vonnie Negron, and Aramark Sports+Entertainment Vice President Alicia Woznicki join the podcast to discuss Aramark's preparations for MLB All-Star Week 2026 in Philadelphia. An All-Star highlight is a first-of-its-kind fan vote that let fans choose a signature dish for the week from four Philadelphia-inspired options — the Declaration Dog, the Liberty Stack, the Revolutionary Rib Melt, and Betsy's Banana Ice Cream Sundae — with the winner revealed during the episode. The episode also touches on the broader summer calendar, including an upcoming concert, a packed post-All-Star homestand, and Aramark's return to the MLB Field of Dreams game in Iowa.
