PHILADELPHIA (June 4, 2026) — Aramark Sports + Entertainment, Major League Baseball (MLB), and and the Philadelphia Phillies are putting fans at the center of the culinary experience for the 2026 MLB All-Star Week, inviting them to vote on which of four custom menu items will be featured at Citizens Bank Park.
The lineup includes the Declaration Dog, Revolutionary Rib Melt, Liberty Stack, and Betsy’s Banana Ice Cream Sundae, each inspired by Philadelphia’s history and reimagined through modern ballpark flavors. As Philadelphia prepares to host one of the marquee events on the global sports stage during a historic America250 summer, Aramark is playing a key role in creating memorable experiences and moments that matter for fans.
MLB All-Star Week, hosted by the Philadelphia Phillies, will take place from Friday, July 10 through Tuesday, July 14, bringing baseball’s biggest stars and its most passionate fans to Philadelphia.
Beginning June 4, fans can vote via MLB’s Instagram stories, helping decide which featured food item will be offered during the game and giving them a voice in both the action on the field and the flavors in the ballpark. The four creations will go head-to-head in a bracket-style competition across back-to-back Instagram Stories, with the final two advancing to a championship round on June 8.
The four competing dishes draw inspiration from Philadelphia’s rich history and its central role in the nation’s founding, aligning with the upcoming America250 celebration. Each item features a name that pays tribute to iconic moments and symbols of American independence:
MATCHUP 1: Declaration Dog vs. Revolutionary Rib Melt
- Declaration Dog: Smoked Wagyu beef frank on a toasted pretzel roll, topped with candied bacon crumble, apple cider gastrique, crispy shallots, and micro mustard greens.
- Revolutionary Rib Melt: Smoked short rib layered with aged provolone, charred onion jam, fried peppers, and pickle butter on a pressed brioche roll, served with a side of beef consommé for dipping.


MATCHUP 2: Liberty Stack vs. Betsy’s Banana Ice Cream Sundae
- Liberty Stack: Buttermilk-brined hot chicken thigh layered with a brown butter maple glazed donut, charred peach bourbon compote, aged cheddar, and pickled Fresnos.
- Betsy’s Banana Ice Cream Sundae: Banana pudding and vanilla soft serve topped with crushed vanilla wafers, peanut brittle, hot fudge, strawberry sauce, toasted marshmallow cloud and red, white, and blue sprinkles, served in an All-Star souvenir cap.


The winning item will be unveiled ahead of All-Star Week, and fans attending events at Citizens Bank Park will have the opportunity to taste the fan-selected creation.
