These were among the more than 200 solutions highlighted at Innova Aramark 2026, an annual innovation summit that brought together more than 1,500 clients, vendor partners, Aramark team members, and innovation leaders from across Chile on March 26 at the Expocenter Espacio Riesco in Santiago, Chile.

In its ninth edition, the Innova Aramark summit has become the leading innovation event in Chile’s services industry. This year, attendees explored exhibitions and immersive experiences, gained knowledge through presentations given by industry experts, and connected in a key gathering space with other leaders in the innovation ecosystem.
Themed pavilions and live demonstration areas allowed participants to experience the latest trends that are transforming service delivery across areas such as food services, facilities management, and workplace well-being. The featured innovations are designed not only to enhance user experiences in sectors such as business and industry, healthcare, mining, and education, but also to improve efficiency and productivity across key industries.
Aramark views innovation not as a standalone initiative, but as an ongoing way to create value every day for its clients and its people. In 2025, Aramark Chile was named the industry’s innovation leader for the sixth consecutive year by the Most Innovative Companies Chile Ranking.
