Kate Balliet is the Head of Experience Design for Aramark Emerge, where she drives a high-impact innovation portfolio focused on AI, automation and robotics initiatives that redefine the hospitality experience. Since joining Aramark in 2021, Kate has accelerated the adoption of leading-edge technologies rooted in human-centered design, unlocking frictionless experiences that energize guests, simplify frontline operations, and deliver measurable success for client partners. In 2024, she was tapped to lead Hospitality IQ - Aramark’s technology brand - where she shapes and amplifies the narrative of hospitality transformation across the enterprise. Her leadership includes the launch of the Innovation Lab at HQ, a dynamic space where stakeholders immerse themselves in the future of hospitality, and step into the experiences that power Aramark’s tech evolution.
Peter Czimback is the Vice President of Digital Experience at Aramark, where he leads the team behind the Aramark’s digital future. Even before founding Emerge in 2019, Peter has been the driving force in the creation of industry first hospitality experiences from the use of computer-vision/AI, automation, architecting generative and agentic AI and a partnership ecosystem that has accelerated Aramark to a lead position in the use of technology. His mission is to create possibilities that free the consumer, enable our associates to have meaningful connections to customers and achieve our clients’ goals has been a key point to Aramark’s accelerated growth.
