To showcase the latest advancements in facilities technology and innovation, the Aramark Facilities Management team recently invited industry leaders, current and potential clients, and key vendor partners to an Innovation Forum held at a client location in Michigan.
Based on the theme “Where the Technology of Tomorrow Meets the Operations of Today,” the Innovation Forum provided attendees with the opportunity to explore live demos, engage in Q&A sessions, and connect directly with experts to learn how Aramark integrates new technologies to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.

The forum featured demonstrations of cutting-edge solutions in environmental cleaning, sustainable products, robotics systems, predictive maintenance, asset tracking, IoT remote monitoring, digital twins, and more. One system featured at the Innovation Forum was Aramark Facilities Management’s own AIWX™ Connect, which uses data-driven intelligence to seamlessly identify building and occupant needs based on real-time occupancy, space utilization, and occupant feedback. The insights from AIWX Connect inform building performance, environmental conditions, and occupant satisfaction levels, among other attributes.
