Allan Fernandes is currently Vice President, Global Safety & Risk Solutions for Aramark, and he oversees the safety / risk operations across the globe. “Knitting the Globe – One Stitch at a time” is a personal vision that Allan has been inspiring across the globe over the past 18 years.
Allan has been instrumental in building collaborative and performance-based relationships with Aramark’s Country Leaders and Safety/Risk personnel, challenging and improving existing processes, sharing best practices, and influencing common strategies designed to protect people, property and assets globally. He played a key role in evaluating and mitigating risks associated with the Beijing Olympics, Asian Games, the London Olympic Games, and the World Cup Games in Brazil.
Prior to joining Aramark, Allan worked for Exelon Energy / PECO in leadership roles in environmental health & safety and environmental remediation. Prior to that, Allan was a consultant for McLaren / Hart in Philadelphia and Australia evaluating environmental liabilities and conducting environmental compliance and remediation projects in the US and in the Asia Pacific region.
Allan is a culturally interdependent, results driven business leader with global experience and has an ability to influence at all levels within an organization. He has an undergraduate degree in Geology (Hons) from St. Xaviers College at the University of Bombay in India, and he earned a M.S. degree in Geology from the University of Delaware.
Dani Callaghan serves as the Operations Support Director for Global Safety Risk & Solutions at Aramark, supporting all lines of business across the organization. In this role, she partners closely with operational teams to drive initiatives that strengthen the health and safety of employees, customers, and environments.
Since joining Aramark in 2018, Dani has held both operational and functional leadership roles, most recently within Operational Excellence for Refreshment Services. Her broad leadership experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of process improvement, risk mitigation, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.
Dani earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, where she was a two-sport Division I athlete. She currently resides in San Diego, California, with her husband and their dog. Outside of work, Dani enjoys volunteering for multiple organizations, traveling, hiking, and scuba diving.
