Brandon Mathias, Food Safety and Allergen Program Manager
Brandon has been with Aramark for nearly six years, with eight years of experience in quality assurance, food safety and risk management. He oversees our Food Safety program to continuously improve and enhance our processes, practices, and tools to keep food safe every shift, every day.
He holds both master's and bachelor’s degrees in art history from the University of Connecticut and Fairfield University, respectively. Besides the obvious interest in museums and art, he also has a passion for cooking, traveling (especially to Spain), and enjoying quality time with his wife and two terriers, Poppy and Piggy.
Gillian Kelly, Health and Wellness Manager
Gillian is from Scranton, PA and a graduate of Syracuse University. She has been the Health and Wellness Manager for James Madison University since 2020. She has vast experience working with student with various dietary restrictions and being part of the interdisciplinary team that it takes to serve students safely.
Previously, she worked as a retail dietitian at a large New Jersey based grocery corporation where she gained experience in employee wellness, community nutrition education, and chronic disease management. Gillian has an "all foods fit" mentality about health and nutrition and believes food should be a point of enjoyment, not stress, in our lives. In her free time, Gillian enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and being with friends and family.
