Recipe: Reuben Dip
Speaker: Chef Alec Lipschutz

"Hey everybody, it's Chef Alec. I have the perfect dish to enjoy while you watch your favorite team. This dish is shockingly simple. So today, we're going to take a classic sandwich—the Reuben—and turn it into a warm, cheesy dip for the perfect alley-oop.

So in front of us, we have all the ingredients to a classic Reuben: Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, pastrami, Russian dressing, rye breadcrumbs, and then just some sour cream to bind it all together.

And now, we just take a rubber spatula and mix all of our ingredients together. Now that all of our ingredients are incorporated, we're just going to take it and put it into an oven-safe dish.

These are rye breadcrumbs that I made, but honestly, any breadcrumbs that you like—even store-bought—will do just fine. So now, we're just going to cover this with foil and put it in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes, and then remove the foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes.

This just came out of the oven, and look at that! This dish is an absolute slam dunk!"
