Recipe: Boardwalk Fudge
Speaker: Chef Alec Lipschutz

"Hey everybody, it's Chef Alec and this fudge is shockingly simple. As you can see here, this is only three ingredients: chocolate, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk.

So we're going to take all of our ingredients and put them in a double boiler. Double boilers are great because they allow indirect heat, which allows you to heat something up and melt it without risking scalding it.

So now that our ingredients are melted, we're just going to pour them into our dish, give them a nice swirl together until they're combined, and then chill it. Ideally you're going to want to chill it for 4 hours, but really overnight if you can.

Now once everything is nice and cool, we're going to take it out and we can cut it. Also, if there's anything you want to add to this like nuts or marshmallows, you absolutely can make it any way you want.

Delicious!"
