Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz honey simple syrup
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Candied lemon wheel (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the Texas whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup to the shaker.
- Shake Well: Cover and shake the mixture thoroughly.
- Serve: Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top Off: Add the ginger beer to the glass.
- Garnish: Finish by adding a sugared lemon wedge on top.
