Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 oz) box cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (30 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (18 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: "Dump" the cake mix, eggs, pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger directly into a mixer.
- Mix: Blend until the batter is smooth and well-incorporated.
- Bake: Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish. Bake for one hour in an oven preheated to 350°F.
- Serve: Once cooled, top with a dollop of whipped cream and pecans.
