Ingredients
- ½ oz honey simple syrup
- 1½ oz bourbon
- 2 dashes bitters
- Ginger ale (to top)
Instructions
- Garnish the Glass: Begin by garnishing the rim of your cocktail glass. Roll a portion of the rim in honey simple syrup, then dip it into pumpkin pie spice to create a sweet and spiced edge.
- Combine the Main Ingredients: In the garnished glass, add the bourbon, honey simple syrup, and a couple dashes of bitters.
- Add Ice and Stir: Fill the glass with ice and give it a good stir to combine the flavors and chill the mixture.
- Top with Ginger Ale: Fill the remainder of the glass with ginger ale.

For a non-alcoholic alternative:
