You won’t fumble the ball with this recipe. In preparation for the Big Game this weekend, Chef Alec shares how to make a “Philly Classic,” Hoagie Dip.

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup diced salami
- 1 cup diced pepperoni
- 1 cup cubed provolone cheese
- ½ cup diced tomato
- ½ cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup sliced banana peppers
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Chop Ingredients: Dice the ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone into small pieces. Thinly slice the red onion and shred the lettuce.
- Combine: Add all meats, cheese, and vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix Dressing: Add the mayonnaise and red wine vinegar to the bowl.
- Toss: Mix everything together until well-coated.
- Serve: Serve the dip in a bowl alongside crostini or bread chips for dipping.
