Breakfast just got a whole lot more interesting! Join Chef Alec in the Aramark Kitchen as he demonstrates how to make Breakfast Pizza Pinwheels.

Ingredients
- 16 oz pizza dough
- 2 oz ketchup
- 8 oz cooked scrambled eggs
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 6 oz cooked bacon
- 4 oz sliced scallions
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Spread the pizza dough out into an approximately 16x16 inch square.
- Add Base & Toppings: Spread the ketchup evenly over the dough. Layer the scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, bacon, and scallions over the top.
- Roll & Cut: Roll the dough up tightly like a cinnamon roll. Trim the edges and cut into 2-inch segments.
- Proof: Place the pinwheels into a pre-greased jumbo muffin pan. Let them sit at room temperature to proof for 20 minutes.*
- Brush & Bake: Brush each pinwheel with melted butter. Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for approximately 18 minutes until golden brown.
*You can prepare these up to 24 hours in advance and keep them in the refrigerator until ready to bake!
