Classic BBQ (Texas Red)
- 2 cups tomato puree or ketchup
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup molasses
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- Tsp onion powder
- Tbsp garlic powder
- Tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Tbsp cumin
- Tbsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper

Mop Sauce
- 1 cup classic BBQ (Texas Red) sauce
- 1 ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ cup white vinegar
Carolina Gold
- 2 cups yellow mustard
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup honey
- Tbsp Worchester sauce
- Tsp cayenne
- Tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Tsp horseradish
Alabama White
- 2 cup mayo
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp horseradish
- Tbsp chopped parsley
- Tsp cayenne
- Tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
