Classic BBQ (Texas Red)

  • 2 cups tomato puree or ketchup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Tsp onion powder
  • Tbsp garlic powder
  • Tsp cayenne
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Tbsp cumin
  • Tbsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Mop Sauce

  • 1 cup classic BBQ (Texas Red) sauce
  • 1 ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ cup white vinegar

Carolina Gold  

  • 2 cups yellow mustard
  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • Tbsp Worchester sauce
  • Tsp cayenne
  • Tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tsp horseradish

Alabama White

  • 2 cup mayo
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp horseradish
  • Tbsp chopped parsley
  • Tsp cayenne
  • Tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
