With extensive experience of crafting memorable spaces and moments at renowned sports and entertainment venues from Tottenham Hotspur and The O2 to the new Everton Stadium, the Championships, Wimbledon and Warner Bros, Tom's strategic thinking, creative approach, and passion for excellence ensures Aramark remains a leader in delivering market-leading concepts, products, and experiences.
Tom now leads a broad team of marketing, communications, ESG, culinary, retail, and design professionals to build out the most impactful propositions possible for our clients. Most importantly, he has an unbridled passion for creating the most iconic and fun experiences for anybody who walks through our doors.
Jay Morrison, Vice President of International Sports and Entertainment Operations
Jay Morrison has served as Vice President of International Sports and Entertainment Operations at Aramark for the past four years, bringing 28 years of hospitality industry experience to the role — seven of which were spent in premier convention centers and ten in major league stadiums and arenas with Aramark Sports and Entertainment. As Resident District Manager for Denver Broncos Stadium at Mile High, Pepsi Center, Dick's Sporting Goods Park, and Paramount Theatre, Jay oversaw food and beverage services for over 500 events a year, spanning six major league sports teams, concerts, and other large-scale events. His distinct flair for the creative, sound operational strategy, unwavering dedication to guest service, and infectious enthusiasm have made him a valuable asset to Aramark's leadership team and a strong advocate for the talent the company strives to develop.
In his current role, Jay leads Aramark's expansion of food and beverage operations into new international markets, most recently securing and launching services at Everton Football Club's new Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool, England, and the new stadium for the Hanwha Eagles in Daejeon, South Korea. These wins reflect Jay's ability to bring Aramark's operational standards and guest-service philosophy to venues and cultures around the world.
Throughout his career, Jay has traveled the world to help manage some of the largest and highest-profile events across Aramark's portfolio — from serving tens of thousands of Microsoft associates at the company's annual convention, to creating experiences for more than 100,000 festival-goers at Austin's legendary South by Southwest, to caring for tens of thousands of the world's best athletes at the 2012 London Olympics. This deep, diverse event experience gives him a well-rounded background critical to creating and managing events in fast-paced, high-pressure environments on an international scale.
Jay received his bachelor's degree from Colorado State University in 2001, majoring in Restaurant/Resort Management. He and his wife of 24 years, Catherine, have three children — Alexia, Addison, and Asher. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Jay spends his free time running, biking, skiing, and golfing with his family.
