Aramark Facilities Management's Proprietary TwinOptix® Platform Earns 2026 FacilitiesNet Vision Award

September 10, 2026

Aramark Facilities Management has won a 2026 FacilitiesNet Vision Award. The organization earned recognition in the Analytics & Management Software category for its TwinOptix® Intelligent Asset Management platform, which helps optimize asset performance, improves operational efficiency, and supports data-driven facilities management decisions.

This is the first time TwinOptix has received recognition from FacilitiesNet's Vision Awards.

"TwinOptix brings together a facility's assets, systems, data, and documentation into one interactive environment," said Matt Judge, Senior Director of Program Development for Aramark Facilities Management. "Clients can access critical information and navigate their facilities remotely, which supports faster, better-informed decisions."

TwinOptix is a digital twin platform that combines a facility's spaces, systems, assets, and operational data into a single virtual model, giving users remote access to facility information and navigation. It integrates with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and, through AIWX Connect, with Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, providing real-time data on equipment performance, air quality, energy use, and space utilization.

TwinOptix is transforming facilities management across Aramark's portfolio, with 20 million square feet digitally modeled, 10,000 assets tracked, and deployment at 36 accounts nationwide. The proprietary technology has helped reduce travel needs by up to 50%, cut site survey and design costs by 70%, and lower maintenance time and corrective work order costs by 30%.

FacilitiesNet's Vision Awards, now in their eighth year, recognize innovation in products supporting the operation of institutional and commercial buildings. This year's awards cover 60 products across 12 categories from 50 manufacturers. Entries are judged by an independent panel of facility executives against four criteria: cost savings, technological advancements, efficiency/productivity, and tenant satisfaction.

"Being recognized by FacilitiesNet matters because this award is judged by industry peers who understand what actually moves the needle in building operations," Judge said. "It validates that TwinOptix isn't just a data dashboard but a tool that's changing how facility teams plan, budget, and respond to problems in real time."
