PHILADELPHIA (May 29, 2026) – Aramark has launched a collection of nine limited-edition commemorative cups featuring Visit Philadelphia’s 2026 Badge. Available across 10 Philadelphia venues operated by Aramark Destinations and Sports + Entertainment, the series celebrates America250—the 250th anniversary of the United States—and brings together history, hospitality, and hometown pride in Philadelphia, the birthplace of American independence.
Timed to coincide with a historic summer as Philadelphia takes center stage in the national commemoration, the program will run from May through September—a moment that also aligns with Aramark’s 90th anniversary and its long-standing roots in the city. Fans, visitors, and residents are invited to experience the heart of America’s founding while collecting designs that reflect the character of each location.
Each of the nine cup designs features a customized version of Philadelphia’s official 2026 Badge. Inspired by William Penn’s original 1682 grid design, the marks represent more than a single location; they capture different facets of Philadelphia—from historic institutions to modern sports and entertainment destinations. Together, the series creates a unified expression of the city’s identity, spanning experiences from game days and concerts to family outings and visits to iconic landmarks, and transforms everyday beverage moments into memorable keepsakes that reflect both Philadelphia’s story and Aramark’s deep hometown connection.
“At Aramark, our broad presence across sports, entertainment, and cultural destinations uniquely positions us to bring programming like this to life,” said Alison Birdwell, President and CEO for Aramark Sports + Entertainment. “As a company founded and headquartered in Philadelphia, this program is especially meaningful as we celebrate both the nation’s 250th anniversary and our own 90-year legacy. We’re proud to launch an offering that will connect local communities and visitors to the city’s history and make the summer season even more engaging for everyone who walks through our venues.”
“Visit Philadelphia is excited to see the 2026 Badge come to life through this collectible series,” said Neil Frauenglass, chief marketing officer at Visit Philadelphia. “By transforming our digital mark into a tangible keepsake, Aramark is giving residents and visitors a fun, personal way to hold onto a piece of this monumental moment for Philadelphia and our nation.”

Summer Sports Highlights: Baseball & Global Soccer Moments
As Philadelphia prepares to host a headline-making summer lineup of major sporting events, the city’s Aramark-operated venues will serve as key destinations for collecting pieces of the commemorative cup series. During matches tied to soccer’s biggest international tournament, fans from around the world can collect an exclusive design, turning each event into an opportunity to take home a unique memento.
From July 10 through July 14, this experience continues with MLB All-Star Week, where visitors to Citizens Bank Park and the Pennsylvania Convention Center—home to All-Star Village—can also access exclusive cups from the collection.
Across both soccer and baseball’s biggest summer moments, the program connects Philadelphia, the birthplace of American democracy, to the energy of the world’s game and America’s pastime.
Connecting Experiences Across Philadelphia
The collection will be offered in two formats: 20-ounce cocktail cups at sports venues and live entertainment events, and 20-ounce soda cups for cultural destinations and landmarks. Designed to reach audiences citywide, the cups will serve not just as souvenirs, but as lasting reminders of a once-in-a-generation celebration throughout Philadelphia.
