Aramark’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jim Tarangelo has been named a 2026 Corporate Leadership Award honoree by the Philadelphia Business Journal, recognizing his impact as a financial leader and his role in advancing the company’s growth strategy.
The annual awards program celebrates top C-suite executives across Greater Philadelphia who demonstrate strong leadership, strategic vision, and measurable business impact. Tarangelo is one of 20 leaders selected by the publication’s editorial board following a competitive nomination process.
Tarangelo, who has served as Aramark’s CFO for over two years, leads the company’s global finance organization spanning financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, and technology. His work has been central to Aramark’s ongoing transformation and growth, helping drive 7% revenue growth and nearly 20% earnings growth in fiscal year 2025, along with record new business performance and strong client retention.

Over the course of his career, Tarangelo has held a range of senior financial leadership roles at Aramark, including International CFO and SVP & Treasurer, contributing to more than two decades with the company. Since stepping into the CFO role, he has helped guide Aramark’s continued business momentum.
In addition to his work at Aramark, Tarangelo is active in the community. He serves on the finance committee of the board at BAYADA Home Health Care and is a board member and treasurer of the Moorestown Community House.
