David DiSalvo
Vice President, Operational Excellence, Aramark Destinations
David DiSalvo serves as Vice President of Operational Excellence for Aramark Destinations, overseeing core service channels including Food & Beverage, Retail, Lodging, and Recreation within a $700 million account portfolio. His team is responsible for developing and deploying tools and resources that drive quality, consistency, and efficiency across operations. David also partners with the Global Supply Chain Network to advance sustainable, scalable product selection that meets client and business objectives.
David’s 25-year career in hospitality includes diverse leadership roles across Aramark since joining in 2004. He began with Aramark Sports + Entertainment, managing finance and operations for stadiums and arenas nationwide. Later, he transitioned to Collegiate Hospitality, where he grew a portfolio from $18 million to $51 million in annual revenue and led one of Aramark’s most prestigious partnerships, overseeing retail, athletics dining, and one of the largest residential dining programs in the country.
In his current role, David focuses on tools and strategies that enhance operational performance and user experience for teams across the organization. He holds degrees in Finance and Management from Florida State University and continues to champion innovation and excellence within Aramark’s hospitality portfolio.
Jordan Glazier
Vice President, Human Resources, Aramark Destinations
Jordan Glazier is Vice President of Human Resources for Aramark Destinations, a division delivering hospitality and services across hotels, restaurants, retail, tours, and facilities management. In this role, Jordan sets the People Agenda for the business, partnering with leaders to enable teams and elevate service delivery. He has spent 16 years advancing as an HR executive within Aramark, a Fortune 200 company, and is passionate about unlocking potential and aligning talent with organizational goals.
Jordan earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University and a master’s in organizational development from Pepperdine University. His career includes leading major growth initiatives, such as expanding the workforce by 1,200 employees following a large contract win and managing due diligence for an acquisition that added 12 locations and 600 employees across five states in just three months. These experiences strengthened his expertise in change management and talent strategy.
Committed to building strong employee value propositions and targeted recruitment strategies, Jordan emphasizes talent attraction as a cornerstone for growth. Outside of work, he enjoys biking, reading, and spending time with his wife, Andrea, and their two sons, Austin and Micah. He is also active in his local church, serving in leadership roles.
Nirav Shah
Chief Financial Officer, Aramark Destinations
Nirav Shah is Chief Financial Officer for Aramark Destinations, providing financial leadership for the division’s hospitality and services portfolio. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance for Aramark SeniorLIFE+, where he also supported financial strategy across the U.S. Food and Facilities Sector. Nirav brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations within Aramark.
Throughout his career, Nirav has held leadership roles across multiple lines of business, including SeniorLIFE+, Collegiate Hospitality, Refreshments, Student Nutrition, and Facilities. His progression from field unit controller to Vice President of Finance reflects a consistent record of impact and growth. Nirav’s expertise spans financial planning, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
Nirav holds an MBA from New York University and both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. He resides in Malvern, Pennsylvania, with his family and continues to drive financial excellence and innovation within Aramark Destinations.
