Aramark has been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the region's top employers, earning a top three ranking in the Extra-Large Company category of the 2026 Best Places to Work awards.
The annual Best Places to Work program recognizes organizations that cultivate exceptional workplace cultures. Honorees are selected based on employee survey responses evaluating workplace culture across several areas, including engagement, communication, leadership, benefits, and overall employee experience.
"This recognition reflects our commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace where employees have opportunities to grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact for our clients, our communities and each other," said Abigail Charpentier, Aramark Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “We’re honored that our employees' feedback earned this recognition and remain committed to creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed."
Aramark was one of five finalists in the Extra-Large Company category, which recognizes organizations with 300 or more employees in the Greater Philadelphia region. Final rankings were announced during the Philadelphia Business Journal's Best Places to Work awards celebration on July 23.
The recognition underscores Aramark's continued investment in its people through career development, wellbeing initiatives, leadership opportunities, and a culture rooted in service. By empowering employees to grow and succeed, Aramark continues to deliver exceptional experiences for clients, consumers, and communities.
