At this year’s Facilities Management (FM) Awards, which recognizes innovative and sustainability-focused Facilities and Property Management leaders and organizations across Ireland, the Aramark Property team from Capital Dock was selected as the “Property Management Team of the Year” by a panel of esteemed judges.

Capital Dock is one of the largest mixed-use developments in Ireland, extending nearly five acres. The Capital Dock campus comprises 190 multifamily units, 26,000 square feet of retail with a variety of artisan food and beverage offerings, and 500,000 square feet of Grade A offices with LEED Gold certification.
With more than 175 team members, Aramark Property manages a client portfolio of more than 120 office blocks, 10,000+ residential units, 75 business and technology parks, and more that 40 retail parks and shopping centers across the island of Ireland.
The 2026 FM Awards took place in early April at the Royal Dublin Convention Center, attended by more than 460 industry professionals. Now in its 13th year, the awards recognize excellence, innovation. and leadership across Ireland’s FM sector, celebrating achievement in operational efficiency, workplace optimization, risk and compliance management, and sustainable facilities practices.
“Facilities management today extends far beyond the maintenance of physical assets,” said FM Awards judging coordinator Alex Magee, lecturer, Atlantic Technological University, in the Irish Times. “It plays a vital role in supporting organizational performance, employee wellbeing, and environmental responsibility.”
