Internationally recognized soccer club Valencia CF has selected Aramark Spain as its strategic food and beverage catering partner for Nou Mestalla, a state-of-the-art stadium which will open in summer 2027.
Under the new agreement, Aramark Spain will manage operations to enhance the fan experience throughout the stadium's 52 points of sale, including hospitality areas in the Fan Zone, bars, and premium catering areas.

Innovation and technology will play a key role in ensuring the best service at every match and every event."
Aramark Spain will implement solutions to streamline services and optimize purchasing, including self-ordering and payment kiosks and an autonomous store that, through the application of artificial intelligence, will allow automatic payments to be made in record time.
All of this will be complemented by a "Fan Aramark" platform, designed specifically for Valencia fans, which will offer detailed information about the services, access to exclusive promotions, and the option to place orders before each match. These tools will contribute to improving efficiency and fan comfort, offering a memorable experience.

Aramark will work closely with Valencia CF to develop first-class culinary offerings tailored to the fans attending events. The new venue will boast a 1,000-square-meter central kitchen to ensure maximum quality, service agility, and responsiveness at every match and event.
The stadium concessions areas will feature an exclusive brand with its own identity and offer nods to Mediterranean products and authentic recipes. Nou Mestalla’s Fan Zone will be a welcoming space designed as a meeting point for fans, families, and friends before each game.
As the new stadium is being designed to minimize its environmental impact, Aramark Spain will work to reduce food waste, minimize the use of disposable packaging, and implement sustainable food offerings.
With the new collaboration with Valencia CF, Aramark Spain expands its presence in large sports and entertainment venues and will serve approximately 400,000 attendees per day at nine of Spain’s major sports venues, including Spotify Camp Nou, Riyadh Air Metropolitano, San Mamés, RCDE Stadium, Benito Villamarín, and Nou Mestalla, where it will serve more than 8 million spectators per year.
