On April 10, college and university campuses across the U.S. celebrated Guest Appreciation Day by throwing “It’s Sweet to Serve You” events to show gratitude to students and guests who dine with Aramark Collegiate Hospitality.
The event was part of a larger calendar of nationwide events to engage and connect with students called All for You.
“Engaging with students is essential to fostering a sense of connection and belonging on campus,” said Theresa Butler, Vice President – Student Experience, Aramark Collegiate Hospitality. “We aim to create welcoming spaces and memorable culinary experiences that bring people together and encourage meaningful conversations over shared meals.”
More than 240 “It’s Sweet to Serve You” celebrations featured surprise-and-delight moments like free ice cream cones, decorate-your-own cupcakes, and a signature Cotton Candy Fizz drink created just for the day.

University of Mississippi
The Ole Miss Dining team made the day special for students with fun decorations and special sweet treats like a made-to-order cotton candy station.

Lawrence Tech
At Michigan’s Lawrence Technological University, students decorated their own cupcakes.

Coastal Carolina U
