Aramark Elevates Hospitality at the 2025 Travelers Championship

Chef Curated Pop-Up Experiences, New Menus, and Premium Hospitality Offerings Headline PGA TOUR Signature Event

PHILADELPHIA, PA (June 9, 2025) – Aramark (NYSE: ARMK), a leading hospitality provider, is proud to announce exciting new enhancements for the 2025 Travelers Championship, taking place at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut, from June 16 - 22. Celebrating nearly two decades as a partner of the tournament, Aramark’s Portfolio Group, which focuses on delivering seamless and personalized experiences for Aramark Workplace Experience Group clients, is set to curate an elevated culinary experience at the course.

With four full-service concession stands, 15 hospitality suites, food trucks, and seven specialty bars offering an array of beverages, Aramark is bringing unique flavors to the event this season.

Aramark's offerings will ensure that both fans and players enjoy an unforgettable experience at the Travelers Championship, making it a premier destination for golf enthusiasts. Some of the hospitality highlights include:

  • Greenside Club by Aramark: A luxury, Havana-themed VIP experience featuring chef-curated pop-ups and immersive culinary activations. In this private, ticketed venue, guests can enjoy reserved, branded open-air tables for up to four and a shared, climate-controlled interior lounge with high-top seating and views of the 18th green.
  • Event Lawn Eatery: Featuring Aramark concepts like Zoca (Mexican), BBQ District, and Lobster Shack
  • Hospitality Pop-Ups: Special made-to-order treats such as State Fair Mini Donuts
  • Snack offerings from Aramark Refreshments: The elevated snack program introduces a Micro Market in the Fan Zone, thoughtfully curated around four key themes: Connecticut Local, Protein-Packed, Allergy-Friendly, and Category Expansion. In the Fan Zone, snacks will be merchandised with a farm-stand-inspired aesthetic, adding a fresh and inviting visual appeal.

  • BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich: Slow braised brisket, BBQ sauce, slaw, and pickled red onion
  • Traditional Lobster Roll: Lobster, bib lettuce, and lemon on a butter toasted roll
  • New England Butter Roll: Butter poached lobster, bib lettuce, and chives on a butter toasted roll
  • Crab Cake Sandwich: Crab cake, bib lettuce, and lemon aioli on a brioche roll
  • Signature Burger: Fresh angus patty, caramelized onions, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese, on a brioche bun
  • Signature Hot Dog: Featuring a local Hummel Bros. hot dog topped with onion sauce, bacon, cheddar cheese, mustard, chives, and local Deep River Snacks® chip crumble, on a New England style bun

Signature Rice Bowls

  • Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl: Pulled chicken, furikake, citrus wasabi slaw, roasted broccoli, edamame, sesame seeds, and teriyaki sauce over seasoned rice,
  • Mexican Chicken Bowl: Santa Fe chicken, peppers and onions, charro beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, cilantro lime crema, sliced jalapeño, pickled red onion, and crispy tortilla straws over seasoned rice
  • Mediterranean Bowl with Shrimp: Herb marinated shrimp, hummus, crispy chickpeas, roasted tomato, cucumber, artichoke hearts, crumbled feta, and tzatziki sauce over seasoned rice
