Melanie Hunter, Early Career Talent Acquisition Manager, Aramark

Melanie Hunter is the Early Career Talent Acquisition Manager at Aramark, where she leads a team of recruiters dedicated to helping students launch their careers. With over 12 years of experience in early career talent acquisition, Melanie has a proven track record of connecting students with impactful internship and full-time opportunities.

Her career has spanned diverse industries and prominent organizations, including L’Oréal, Bloomberg LP, Comcast NBC Universal, and Google. Melanie is a graduate of Rider University where she double majored in Human Resources Management and Management & Leadership. Melanie resides in Philadelphia with her fiancé and their cat, Sammy.

 

Casie Coxson, Senior Manager, Global Learning & Leadership Development, Aramark

As Senior Manager of Global Learning and Leadership Development, Casie is responsible for the design and facilitation of Leadership Development programs at Aramark. With more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry as an operator and learning professional, Casie also serves as an internal learning consultant providing training needs assessments and acting as a liaison to the field and functional teams across all lines of business. In addition, Casie is a Hub Co-Chair for Pride, the Employee Resource Group dedicated to the education and enablement of the LGBTQ+ workforce, its allies, and the communities Aramark serves.

Casie joined Aramark’s A2L program after completing her undergraduate studies at Florida State University in 2017. She later earned a Master of Leadership Development from Penn State University and currently resides in Philadelphia.

 

Marcus Powell, Senior HR Manager, Aramark Sports+Entertainment

Marcus Powell currently works as a Senior HR Manager with Aramark’s Sports+Entertainment line of business. Beginning his Aramark career in 2017 as an A2L on the Compliance team, Marcus has supported a number of high-profile sporting events, such as the Super Bowl, U.S. Open, and Travelers Championship among others, and served as the on-site and district HR professional for premier sporting arenas, stadiums, and cultural attractions in the D.C. metropolitan area.
