Friendsgiving and Exam Cram Events Show Appreciation, Engage Students, and Support Success

December 19, 2025

Dining on college and university campuses is about more than just great-tasting food. Dining halls and cafes are places for students to spend time with friends and feel a sense of connection to their campus community.

To encourage that environment of community and connection, Aramark Collegiate Hospitality created an annual series of consumer engagement events called All For You that are scheduled to coincide with times that meaningfully impact students' experiences.

Created using insights and student feedback, each All For You event is supported with activity and recipe ideas, marketing and signage, social media posts, and other materials that help onsite Aramark Collegiate Hospitality operators seamlessly activate the program.

All For You events take place throughout the year and are designed to continually connect with students in engaging and fun ways,” said Kasey Schluterman, Guest Experience Manager, Aramark Collegiate Hospitality. “They are a way to spark conversations and create memories over a shared meal, snack, or activity.”

In November and early December, Aramark Collegiate Hospitality teams executed two All For You events themed around Thanksgiving and Finals Week at more than 235 client campuses across the U.S.

Friendsgiving: Thankful For You

Held in conjunction with each campus’ residential Thanksgiving holiday meal, Friendsgiving events encouraged students and staff to express their gratitude. Heartwarming activities and tasty treats added a sense of fun and encouraged interaction.

Exam Cram: You Got This!

As a way to encourage students and support their success during final exams, Aramark Collegiate Hospitality organized and held “Exam Cram—You Got This!” campus pop-up events. Students were treated to study snacks, sweet treats, and beverages—and took part in activities designed to inspire and de-stress.
