As fans gear up for game day, these bold stadium-inspired eats are perfect for snacking in the arena or as fun inspirations for at-home recipes.
Aramark Sport + Entertainment is excited to turn up the heat across Rocket Arena, Canadian Tire Centre, and Capital One Arena. Celebrating the blazing energy of the Cleveland Cavaliers and the ice-cold intensity of the Washington Capitals and Ottawa Senators, these new menu items bring a duality of flavor to match the passion on the court and the ice.
Rocket Arena
Where There’s Fire… There’s Flavor - at Rocket Arena, the Cleveland Cavaliers are red hot burning through the season, and so are their bold new bites.
- Cavalanche: House tequila, Finest Call Blood Orange Sour Mix, fresh lime juice, Fever-Tree grapefruit soda, with dried blood orange as garnish served in a souvenir basketball cup.
- Short Rib Nacho: Corn tortilla wedges topped with braised short rib, a blend of white cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses, charred chipotle salsa, salsa verde, smashed avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and pickled Fresno chiles.
Canadian Tire Centre
In the NHL, the contenders at Canadian Tire Centre are skating into battle with ice-cold confidence and menus to match.
- Frostbite Mule: House Vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, ginger beer, garnished with lime and cranberries.
- Red Line Attack Nachos: Red and yellow corn tortilla chips, house-made beef birria, black bean pico, avocado poblano ranch, fried jalapeños, and cilantro served in a souvenir SENS puck.
Capital One Arena
Bringing the coolness each season, the Caps are unmatched with new menu items.
- Blue Cheese Wings: Chicken wings with buffalo wing sauce, blue cheese crumbles, and blue cheese dressing with celery sticks and carrot sticks.
- Blue Line Nachos: Blue tortilla chips, white queso, chicken Tinga, pico de gallo, sour cream, and pickled jalapeños.
- Frostbite Mule: House Vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, ginger beer, garnished with mint and cranberries.
In addition to these items, Capital One will also continue to offer “The Great 8” pretzel and Alex Ovechkin popcorn buckets throughout the playoffs.
