Campuses Recognized for Food Allergen Training and Service

For college and university students with food allergies, Aramark Collegiate Hospitality takes a disciplined, multi-tiered approach to safe service that includes accredited training, auditing of policies and procedures, clear point-of-service customer communications, and more.

“Our team members receive training and resources to handle every step of the food process, from the loading dock to the serving station, so that guests with food allergies can dine safely,” said Brandon Matthias, Food Safety and Allergen Program Manager at Aramark.

Aramark Collegiate Hospitality team members are trained to identify and carefully avoid cross-contact with allergens such as eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, and wheat. Read more.
