Supplying food and facilities services products to more than 1,500 sites across Chile takes a monumental and highly efficient team effort. For Aramark Chile, that need is filled through a Distribution Center located in Santiago.
More than 240 full-time staff members manage more than 1,600 SKUs six days a week, distributing approximately 3,500 tons of product monthly to clients in the mining, banking, business, health, education, and other industries throughout the country.
While most orders are completed within 96 hours, the optimized resources and attention to service excellence offers the capability of processing urgent orders in less than 24 hours, even reaching remote areas throughout the country.
Operated by DHL, the Distribution Center was designed to Aramark Chile’s specifications to fit the company’s unique supply chain needs. This partnership has created a distinctive alliance within the industry.

Aramark Chile team members also work on-site, managing logistics from reception and inventories to order management, picking, loading, and dispatching via a fleet of vehicles following the most efficient routes.
Now in its 10th year of operation, the Distribution Center supplies more than 65% of the products needed to keep Aramark Chile operations at their peak.
