Aramark Chile has been recognized as one of the best companies for internships in the country, according to FirstJob, an online job platform focused on younger job seekers across Latin America.
In the latest edition of FirstJob’s 2024 Best Internship Experiences ranking, Aramark Chile earned 13th place among 88 companies evaluated nationwide.
Aramark Chile’s comprehensive internship program, called "Boost Your Talent," offers students a complete experience to develop their talents while learning firsthand how to best work at the multinational food and facilities services provider that has more than 25,000 employees who support operations in more than 1,800 locations across Chile.

"Boost Your Talent" interns participate in a variety of activities designed to encourage the exchange of ideas and strengthen connections among team members. They receive constant support and feedback, along with a range of benefits.
From January 2023 to April 2024, 17% of interns who went through the program were hired by Aramark Chile in areas such as commercial services, human resources, and supply chain.
