Technology adds to Speed of Service
The LifeWorks café at the Aramark headquarters in Philadelphia is one great example of how the employee and guest experience is always top of mind.
Every part of the consumer’s journey is mapped out, creating a seamless and efficient experience.
To enhance its services, the café recently launched The Market, an AI-powered store with Just Walk Out technology by Amazon. This innovative store, the first of its kind in a U.S. corporate headquarters, features a variety of snacks, chef-created specialties, and customer favorites, along with a selection of local brands such as TastyKake and Astor Chocolates.
This innovative approach to shopping adds to the overall employee experience at Aramark’s headquarters, allowing customers to move quickly through the store and get back to their day.
