Bruce Fears, President & CEO, Aramark Destinations
As President and CEO of Aramark Destinations, Bruce Fears is responsible for Aramark’s operations at more than 30 national parks, state parks, and conference centers as well as dozens of attractions and day-use parks across the United States.
Bruce has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During his first tenure with Aramark, Bruce rose to the level of Vice President, Western Region. In addition to his parks and resorts responsibilities, he was an integral part of Aramark’s management team at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid.
Bruce received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bridgewater College in Virginia and continued through programs at University of London’s School of Economics and University of Florida’s School of Management.
Lisa Cesaro, Senior Director of Marketing, Aramark Destinations
Lisa Cesaro has a 25+ year career in hospitality that started with operational roles at Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton prior to her career in public relations and marketing. A native of Michigan, Lisa moved to California in 1995 where she most recently lived a wonderful journey in Yosemite National Park as the Director of Sales & Marketing for concessioner operations.
In her current position, she is responsible for all aspects of Aramark Destinations marketing and public relations efforts from long-range planning, budgeting, revenue growth strategies, creative marketing initiatives, supervision of personnel and cultivating key partnerships. Lisa has a passion for the travel industry and strategic partnerships. She recently served as a Board Director for Yosemite Gateway Partners and Visit California.
Lisa’s love for national parks and hiking keeps her continuously in awe of working for Aramark Destinations.
