Bart Kaericher, President and CEO, Aramark Healthcare+ 

Bart Kaericher is the President & CEO of Aramark Healthcare+.  Since his arrival to Aramark he’s been focused on building an organization that is delivering a vision of having engaged employees, positive patient experiences, operational excellence, caregiver support, and being problem-solvers within the healthcare arena.  Having a unified Culture of Caring has become a strong differentiator for Aramark Healthcare+.

Before joining Aramark in May 2021, Bart served as Chief Growth Officer & Senior Vice President of Compass One Healthcare. While at Compass Group, he played an instrumental role in building revenues, profits, and valuable strategic partnerships. Prior to his tenure with Compass One Healthcare, Bart worked for more than a decade in the medical device industry at American Hospital Supply, now B. Braun Medical.  

Bart holds an MBA in Healthcare Marketing from Saint Joseph University in Philadelphia, PA, and a BS in Business from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He has also completed Cornell University’s Executive Healthcare Leadership program. 

 

Jeff Moreland, CEO, Patient Engagement Advisors (PEA)

Jeff Moreland founded Patient Engagement Advisors (PEA) in March 2008 as a result of a Cleveland Clinic research project. He serves as CEO / Chief Patient Officer and leads alignment with health organization's interest in growing and maintaining patient and consumer relationships for life while achieving key clinical, operational, utilization, and/or service metrics.  

Jeff has been instrumental in leading the growth and development of the company’s advanced delivery model powered by artificial intelligence capabilities.  Key strategic focus areas span workforce optimization, care navigation, and population health strategies across health systems, payers, clinically integrated networks, and physician groups.

Jeff has a nursing background and 27 years of experiences in a variety of senior leadership roles in administrative, clinical, operations, and growth capacities including Senior Vice President for GetWellNetwork, a market leader in Interactive Patient System and Division President for Eclipsys (AllScripts) – a multi-national electronic medical records and services organization specializing in continuity of care objectives across ambulatory, acute, and home environments.  His previous roles and expertise include global application development of software (retail, transportation and logistics), consulting and process improvement with Boeing and Koch Industries (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain), and privacy and security work with a number of Blue Cross Blue Shield Association companies. He has served most recently as Scientific Advisory Board Member for NetScientific portfolio company in collaboration with UCLA Hospital System and Cedars Sinai focused on advancing research and development for improving quality care and costs associated to chronic conditions.

Moreland earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and All-American honors while quarterback and captain of Pittsburg State University’s three NCAA II National Championship appearances and has been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
