Jack Donovan, CEO and President, Collegiate Hospitality

Jack Donovan serves as President & CEO of Aramark’s Collegiate Hospitality division, which provides food and hospitality services to over 250 colleges and universities across the United States. Prior to returning to Aramark in March 2020, Mr. Donovan spent 18 years with the company, holding various leadership roles across multiple businesses, including President of Higher Education. Ultimately, he became the Group President of Aramark’s Education, Corrections, and Sports & Entertainment division.

After leaving Aramark, Mr. Donovan founded Omakase, a consulting firm specializing in working with organizations to better articulate and execute growth strategies, enhance organizational leadership skills, manage change, and establish customer-centered strategies for sales and profit growth. From 2011-2013, Mr. Donovan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Univar Corporation, a global chemical distribution firm.

Mr. Donovan is a graduate of Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Policy Study. He earned an MBA from the Mitchell College of Business at the University of South Alabama, where he also received the Distinguished Alumni Award and was named an Executive in Residence and Alumni Fellow.

 

Sasha Day, Chief Growth Officer, Collegiate Hospitality

Sasha is responsible for driving the growth strategy of Aramark’s Collegiate Hospitality division, leading business development and strategic account management for the business.

Prior to joining the Collegiate Hospitality team in 2019, Sasha served as Vice President of Growth for Aramark’s Sports + Entertainment division.

Over the course of 15 years at Aramark, Sasha has previously held leadership roles in the areas of consumer engagement, compliance, finance, and business development.  Sasha has also held leadership roles including Chief People Officer and Chief Product Officer at Sylvan Learning, a leading K-12 supplemental education company.

Sasha earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She has a leadership role on the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Maryland chapter as well as Executive Alliance, a women’s executive leadership organization in Maryland.
