PHILADELPHIA (August 11, 2023) - Aramark Sports + Entertainment (Aramark; NYSE: ARMK), award-winning hospitality provider in premier MLB stadiums across North America, today announced the fall menu for its limited-time Seasons Inning Stretch (#SeasonsInningStretch) program. This marks the last of three seasonal menu rollouts that Aramark developed for the 2023 baseball season.
Bringing fans the classic fall flavors they love, the limited-edition dishes will feature everything from pumpkin and sweet potato to warm cherry and spice, sure to charm every appetite. The new concessions items will be available beginning Aug. 11.
“Fall is the highlight and culmination of baseball season and the perfect opportunity to introduce new menu items that capture the essence of the autumn months,” said Alicia Woznicki, Vice President of Design and Innovation of Aramark Sports + Entertainment.
Aramark and its partners at Citizens Bank Park, Coors Field, Fenway Park, Kauffman Stadium, PNC Park, Minute Maid Park, and Oakland Coliseum will debut the following sweet and savory dishes for the fall edition of Seasons Inning Stretch:
· Gobbler (Citizens Bank Park): Roasted turkey, stuffing, and cranberry mayonnaise, topped with gravy on a Liscio’s long roll. (Section 143 – Bull’s BBQ)
· Peach Chimmies (Coors Field): Peach chimichangas topped with cinnamon sugar and whipped cream. (Section 214, 306 Grill, and Mobile Order)
· Pierogi Trio (Fenway Park): Fried dumplings stuffed with sweet potato and caramelized onions and topped with brown butter and sage. (Section LC4 and Jersey Street)
· Loaded Smoked Sweet Potato (Kauffman Stadium): Baked sweet potato topped with pulled pork, marshmallows, BBQ sauce, green onions, and maple bourbon pecan glaze. (Section 251)
· Bangers and Mash (Minute Maid Park): Grilled sausage with mashed sweet potatoes topped with crispy onion strings and jalapeño. (Section 231)
· Castroville Artichoke Dip (Oakland Coliseum): House-made roasted artichoke dip served with pita chips. (StrEAT Eats and Premium In-Seats)
· Cherry Pie Funnel Fries (PNC Park): Fried dough topped with cherries, whipped cream, graham crackers, and powdered sugar. (Section 146)
