B+F, Burgers and Fries and More, Offers College Students Bold Flavors, Custom-Made Meals, and High Energy

Eating is a big part of our lives. Food is how we connect with each other, express our personalities, and, of course, re-fuel. And nowhere is that truer than on college campuses.

To meet student demand and keep dining options fresh, Aramark Higher Education is introducing a new retail branded concept this summer at colleges and universities across the U.S.

B+F features everyday food favorites that can be tailored to each student’s preference and eating style—all in a high-energy environment that exudes personality.

With choices such as 100% Angus beef burgers, grilled or crispy chicken, vegetarian black bean and Beyond® burgers, breakfast sandwiches, local favorites and more, all B+F menu items can be customized with toppings, sauces (including a signature B+F sauce), sides, and drinks so students get exactly what they are looking for. And all choices can be served bunless over a bed of lettuce.

B+F associates will help get customers started if they need a suggestion or don’t want to build their own meal. Featured menu items include:

  • Burger + Avocado + Pepper Jack with corn chips and chipotle mayo
  • A vegetarian Chipotle Black Bean + Cheese with cheddar, jalapenos, caramelized onions, and barbecue sauce
  • Nashville Ranch Spicy Chicken featuring crispy chicken tenders on a bun with spicy ranch dressing
  • The B+F signature breakfast sandwich, Egg + Salami + Cheese + Sriracha
  • Sides like fries seasoned with kosher salt or our signature ranch seasoning, sweet potato fries, and hash brown potato patties

“B+F started with a belief that bold flavor beats fancy ingredients every time,” said Deb Parnigoni, Vice President, Marketing, Aramark Higher Education. “Everyday favorites can still be exciting when students take part in creating their own combinations. And, on the campuses where we tested B+F in early 2022, the student survey responses were incredibly positive.”

In fact, 96% of students said they were extremely or somewhat likely to order from B+F again, and 92% said they were extremely or somewhat likely to recommend B+F to a friend or colleague.

And by offering more plant-based options like the vegetarian black bean and Beyond® burgers, B+F is also helping to reduce our climate impact and promote plant-forward options, which are increasingly popular with our customers.

The B+F station can be customized for each campus, accommodating different sized spaces, different colors, and different location names.

Approximately 30 schools plan to implement the B+F menu this summer with its full trade dress and branding, and another 25 locations will start offering the menu only.
