Four Properties named to TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence ‘Hall of Fame’
PHILADELPHIA, PA – Aramark (NYSE: ARMK), the award winning food and hospitality partner for national and state parks and other leading leisure and cultural attractions across the country, is proud to announce that four of its lodging facilities have been inducted into TripAdvisor’s inaugural Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame. In total, seventeen Aramark-managed properties received the 2015 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site.
TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence celebrates hospitality excellence and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on the website. The new ‘Hall of Fame’ was created to honor businesses that have achieved TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years.

Aramark-managed locations joining the Hall of Fame are Lake Crescent Lodge and Lake Quinault Lodge, two historic lodges on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula; Togwotee Mountain Lodge just outside Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming and Zephyr Cove Resort on Lake Tahoe.
While these four Aramark properties were granted Hall of Fame status, 17 total Aramark-managed lodges, restaurants and attractions received the 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award.
Aramark lodges that were awarded the 2015 Certificate of Excellence include Lake Crescent Lodge and Lake Quinault Lodge in Olympic National Park and Togwotee Mountain Lodge in Moran, Wyoming. Other destinations include Bolger Center and Conference Hotel, Wahweap Campground at Lake Powell and Zephyr Cove Resort at Lake Tahoe. Dining locations honored include Metate Room at Far View Lodge at Mesa Verde National Park, Lake Crescent Lodge Restaurant and Zephyr Cove Resort Restaurant. Cabin Nite Dinner Theater in Denali, Alaska, Lake Tahoe Cruises and its authentic paddlewheeler, MS Dixie II, Wilderness River Adventures at Lake Powell, Lake Powell Boat Tours, Togwotee Adventures, Bushkill Falls and Zephyr Cove Stables were honored attractions.
When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honorees that takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period as well as business’s tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
