Account Setup and Login
How do I log in to the myPay portal?
- For Current Employees: Visit this link to login using myAccess, Aramark’s Single Sign-On (SSO).
- For Former Employees: Visit this link and click the Login Access button on the Former Employee Access tile. Follow the instructions to log in using your former 9-digit Aramark Employee ID and password. If this is your first time logging in to the myPay application, or your password was recently reset, the default password will be your 8-digit DOB (Example - MMDDYYYY) until you change it.
Can I access myPay on a mobile device?
Yes, myPay is accessible on mobile devices using the UKG Pro mobile app, allowing you to check payroll information anywhere, anytime. The UKG Pro app is available on Apple and Android devices. You may also access myPay on a mobile device using a standard web browser by visiting this link.
What is the Company Code when using the mobile app for the first time?
The Company Code is Aramark.
How do I create a myPay account?
Your myPay account is created by Aramark when you are hired. You will receive your Employee ID and instructions for first-time login from HR.
How can I find my Employee ID?
Your Employee ID is provided by HR during the onboarding process at Aramark. If you need to locate your 9-digit Employee ID, you can find it by following these steps:
- Go to myPay
- Navigate to Employee Summary
- Look for your Employee Number
If you still have trouble finding it, feel free to contact HR for assistance.
Password Help and Technical Issues
How do I reset myPay password?
- For Current Employees: Visit this link to be directed to the myAccess landing page. To begin the password reset process, click the Aramark Starperson “Need help logging in” icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. Follow the prompts to retrieve your username and reset your password.
- For Former Employees: Visit this link and click YES to confirm you are a former or terminated Aramark employee. Complete the myPay Password Reset form to automatically reset your password.
What are the requirements for MyPay passwords?
- For Current Employees (Aramark myAccess SSO):
Passwords must be at least 12 characters long and include:
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 numeric value
- 1 special character (!@#$?)
- For Former Employees:
Passwords must be at least 15 characters long and include:
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 non-alphanumeric character
- 1 number Passwords may not contain your username, spaces, more than two consecutive identical characters, or three sequential letters/numbers. You cannot reuse your last 24 passwords.
How often do I need to change my password for myPay?
- For Current Employees: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all salaried employees with an Aramark email address. While MFA is not required for hourly employees, it is highly recommended as an added layer of security to protect your account.
- For Former Employees: Passwords expire every 180 days.
How do I unlock my account in myPay?
- For Current Employees: Contact the Aramark IT Service Desk at 1-800-866-4274.
- For Former Employees: Visit this link and click YES to confirm you are a former or terminated Aramark employee. Complete the myPay Password Reset form to reset your password automatically. You may also contact Payment Services at 615-864-9298 for assistance.
I’m having trouble accessing my account from home or experiencing technical issues on the myPay website. What should I do?
Ensure you are using a supported browser like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Make sure JavaScript is enabled. Clear your browser cache and history.
Why am I getting a "high system usage" error?
This error occurs when too many users are accessing the system simultaneously. Please try again during non-peak hours.
Payroll Information
What kind of payroll information can I access through myPay?
You can access your current and past pay stubs, tax forms (e.g. W-2s), and other payroll-related information.
When are pay stubs available online?
Pay stubs are typically available on the same day as your payday and can be viewed or downloaded through the “Pay History” section of myPay.
How do I view my past pay stubs?
Select the “Pay History” tab in myPay, where you can search by specific dates to access older pay stubs. Pay stubs dating back to 2018 are available. Historical pay stubs from 2014 – 2017 are unavailable in myPay and must be accessed through ADP by clicking this link.
How do I update my direct deposit information?
Log in to myPay and navigate to the “Direct Deposit” section. You can update your banking information here. Changes may take one pay period to take effect.
Can I download my pay statements?
Yes, access and download your PDF pay statements directly from your account.
Can I access my Pay Card balance on myPay?
Pay Card balances are not available in myPay. To access your Pay Card balance, please visit ADP at this link.
Who do I contact if there are issues with my payroll?
For any payroll-related issues, contact Aramark Payment Services at 615-864-9298.
Where can I find my Vacation or PTO balance?
You can view your current Vacation or PTO balance by logging into myPay and navigating to:
Pay > Current Pay Statement > Paid Time Off
How can I access Kronos or view my current hours?
To access Kronos or view your current hours, visit this link and log in with your credentials.
Tax Information
Where can I access my W-2 form?
W-2 forms are available online via myPay under the “US Tax and Wage Statements” section. You will be notified when your W-2 is ready for download.
Where can I access my T-4 form?
T-4 forms are available online via myPay in the “Taxes” section, under Year-End Slips. You will be notified when your T-4 is ready for download.
Can I update my tax withholding through myPay?
Yes, you can update your tax withholding information by visiting the “Income Tax” section in myPay and filling out the appropriate W-4 forms.
Can I access W-2s from prior years?
Yes, W-2s are available dating back to 2018.
Can I download my tax statements?
Yes, access and download your PDF tax statements directly from your account.
Security and Privacy
Is my payroll information secure on myPay?
Yes, Aramark takes security seriously, and your payroll data is protected with secure login procedures and encryption.
What should I do if I suspect someone has accessed my account or made changes to my account information without authorization?
Update your myAccess Aramark Single-Sign-On (SSO) password to secure your account. Do not reuse your old password on any website. You should also notify your manager and Payment Services immediately by calling 615-864-9298.
