At Aramark Salute Hospitality, our teams are dedicated to communities that serve, in more ways than one.
Each year, in honor of Veterans Day, Aramark supports the Society for Food Service Management’s (SHFM) We Care Campaign by donating, packing, and shipping supplies to support our active military troops.
This year, in Dallas, Texas, Aramark Salute Hospitality and Union Supply Group partnered to provide boxed provisions for 750 frontline military personnel. Thanks to the support of over 60 team members, this mission was a tremendous success, bringing together care packages for Veterans Day and the holiday season.
This journey was incredibly moving and brought together a driven team eager to make a meaningful impact. Jose Torres, Warehouse Director, said,
"There's no better pleasure as an old Marine veteran than doing something like this for our present military veterans!"
