IN2WORK Program:   Aramark’s vocational training program, IN2WORK, helps participants develop skills for their post-release job search. Our goal is to help incarcerated individuals take control of their lives, giving them the tools, experience, certifications, and confidence that they need to support themselves and their families as they transition back to life in their communities. IN2WORK has more than 6,500 graduates, and more than 50% of our facilities participate in the program with an implementation goal of 100%.

I2W Scholarships and Second Chances:   Graduates of our In2Work program are eligible for Aramark scholarships to help them complete educational certificates and degrees. Dependents of our graduates are also eligible for these funds as we are committed to aiding our people and community. In addition, Aramark serves as a second chance employer and encourages companies that we work with to do the same.
