Children’s Nutritional Health Series: What’s a Parent to Do?

March 22, 2024

Are children getting what they need to fuel their bodies and minds? What’s the best way to encourage healthy habits that last a lifetime? What if kids just don’t seem to be eating right? How can healthy food be more fun for kids?

With all the questions parents and other caregivers have about their children’s nutritional health, Aramark has created a powerful new set of information resources to help during National Nutrition Month in March—and throughout the year.

“Our ‘What’s a Parent to Do?’ series taps dietitians and chefs who work across the Aramark Student Nutrition team to answer the top questions we hear from parents,” said Dan Wainfan, Vice President, Aramark Health and Wellness. "Our experts bring their in-depth experience, insights, and ideas to their local school districts every day. Through this new resource we're able to share their inspiration for healthier living with parents nationwide.”

Tips to Inspire and Inform

“We’ve created a growing list of blogs and short podcasts on a variety of topics important to parents and children,” said Beth Ann Engelland, RDN, Vice President of Operational Excellence, Aramark Student Nutrition.

The Aramark Student Nutrition team, powered by their Student Nutrition Network of dietitians across the business, share the information with clients, parents, and consumers via email, marketing collateral, and social media.

Below is a sampling of what parents can find. All of the blogs and podcasts are available at FeedYourPotential365.com.
