As a City Year National Leadership Sponsor, we have made a multi-faceted commitment to City Year involving employee volunteerism, financial resources, and leadership support to advance the goals of organization.
City Year has deep expertise and a unique approach to leading and implementing meaningful and transformational community service projects and has a specialized division devoted to corporate volunteerism called Care Force®. Our national partnership showcases the shared commitment of ARAMARK and City Year to increase the positive role community centers play in the lives of local families and children.
In 2010, through our presence on thousands of college and university campuses and working with ARAMARK Higher Education, we’ve created a recruitment marketing program to create greater visibility for City Year, its impact and opportunities to get involved. The program is designed to help City Year double the number of its corps members working in schools by recruiting a larger, more diverse group of potential candidates, aged 17-24, that want to give a year to serve. Leveraging our media properties and access on college campus’s and with the support of ARAMARK Marketing Services, City Year will be featured in a marketing campaign on college and university campus for two to three week periods this winter and spring.
