Phladelphia, PA, March 12, 2009 – ARAMARK, a world
leader in professional services, announced today that ARAMARK Higher
Education was awarded the contract to manage The Mason Inn, located on
the campus of George Mason University, Fairfax, VA. Under the terms of
the agreement, ARAMARK will be responsible for all management and
operational functions of the property.
Currently under
construction, The Mason Inn will consist of a 20,000-square-foot
technologically advanced conference center, integrated with a 149-room
hotel, as well as a restaurant, lounge, ballroom and 11 meeting rooms.
It is scheduled to open in July 2010.

The Mason Inn will
be built to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
(LEED) certification, and will be operated to the standards of the
International Association of Conference Centers.
