ARAMARK and Cooking Light Launch Exclusive Collaboration

Bringing Healthy Recipes Into North America’s Workplaces in 2010

Philadelphia, PA, February 25, 2010ARAMARK Business Dining, a leading provider of onsite restaurants within the workplace, has joined with Cooking Light, the nation’s number one epicurean brand with the largest audience, most epicurean editorial and the most recipes, in an exclusive multi-year agreement that will expand ARAMARK’s health and wellness offerings and the magazine’s reach into 25 North American business and industry locations.

The relationship provides ARAMARK with access to Cooking Light recipes and its ongoing development of healthy foods in order to open a licensed and branded Cooking Light demonstration station in its client locations. Employees will be able to enjoy a freshly prepared Cooking Light breakfast, lunch or snack item and learn tips and techniques from the onsite ARAMARK Chef. The station also provides employees with a Cooking Light recipe card, and its accompanying nutritional information, so recipes can be replicated away from the office. Additionally, ARAMARK will make the magazine available for purchase at select locations.
