Clinical Career Roadmap

Dietitians may want to branch from clinical positions to other areas of management.  ARAMARK understands that need and provides career path assistance through milestone experiences and development activities.

Kristin Busche completed her dietetic internship program with ARAMARK’s Healthcare division in 1999, and then transitioned into the Corrections business as a regional support dietitian.  In 2002, she decided to delve into operations as a Food Service Director.  In 2003, she became an executive regional dietitian and, in 2005, became Director of Menu Programs for all of ARAMARK’s Corrections business responsible for providing customized menu solutions and programs.  In 2007, she earned her MBA to complement her dietetics background.
